You can find me on a hill in East Tennessee. The Mother Cupper is a small woman owned business. I specialize in glitter tumblers. Ordering and shipping
Each cup is handmade by me. I ship with USPS and UPS. I have orders going out daily. Shipping times may vary due to volume. I typically reserve 3 week turn around time. I welcome custom orders! If you would like to place a custom order email me on the form above. All orders are made and inspected by myself. I take great pride in my work. If there is a problem with your order, please email me. Once an order is made, I have a no refund policy due to these items being hand crafted and most often personalized.

I do not issue refunds on custom orders. If there is a defective flaw on your cup, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your cup. Before a refund is given, I will send out a return shipping label. When I receive the cup , I will issue a refund if the cup has a defective flaw. Each cup is hand made, With my craft, occasionally you may find a stray speck of glitter. This is not a defective flaw. All cups are inspected before shipment. We attempt to make each cup perfect! With hand made items, each cup is unique to itself. The Mother Cupper will not issue a refund for buyers remorse.
